More importantly, do your daily actions align with them?
Today, I’m going to help you turn your values into actionable steps that support your self-improvement journey.

Are Your Actions in Line with Your Values?
I recently reflected on my values and how well my actions align with them. Here’s an example from my value of authenticity:
Authenticity
What I’m doing:
Building in public
Helping others without expecting anything in return
Sharing honest thoughts and processes
What I could do better:
Be more in tune with my feelings
Say no to things that don’t feel right
Balance authenticity with openness
Translate Values into Daily Actions
For instance, if your value is health, you might think, “I need to exercise more.” To turn that into a habit, start small: “Stretch every morning when I wake up” or “Put on my running shoes first thing.” Sometimes, just focusing on the first step helps build the momentum to carry on with the rest.
