How to remember everything you read- Video from Justin Sung
I've never heard it explained quite like this before.
I can't summarize the whole video, but the main point is this:
Learning is a balance between consuming and digesting information. If you're just consuming tons of content without processing it properly, you're setting yourself up to forget most of it.
There are five main types of information we deal with:
Procedural (how-to): Digest this by actually practicing the skill.
Analogous (making connections): Create analogies to relate new info to what you already know.
Conceptual (facts, theories, principles): Use mind maps to connect concepts in a way that mirrors how experts think—nonlinear, networked knowledge
Evidence and 5. Reference (supporting details): Store these immediately and rehearse later with flashcards or spaced repetition.
The takeaway?
Slow down, process as you go, and don’t just overload on information. That’s how you’ll retain more without getting overwhelmed.

How to Become a People Magnet Even If You’re An Introvert 🧲
Your ability to leave an impression on people impacts every area of your life.
Family
Career
Dating
Business.
Friendships.
This was something I struggled with for years, until I realized it was a skill to be practiced.
Here are the 5 proven methods I rely on:
There's a common misconception that we want perfect people in our lives.
Harsh truth: "Perfect" is boring,
People are attracted to your flaws. They make you seem more relatable honest, and real.
2. Ask good questions
These are OK:
How was your day?
What do you do?
These are BETTER:
What's the best thing that happened today?
What's exciting you in your life right now?
Ask questions that stir people's emotions.
3. Tell stories
People are hard-wired to connect with stories.
My advice:
Each day write down 1 "story-worthy" moment that happened. At the end of the month, you'll have 30 new stories to tell.
4. Be fully engaged
Few things kill a connection faster than checking your phone when someones talking to you.
Give people your distraction-free attention.
They'll love you for it.
5. Go above and beyond
The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is just that little extra.
Remember small details people tell you
Give handwritten 'Thank You' cards
Genuinely root for people's success.
Small gestures go along way.
When in doubt, apply Dale Carnegie's timeless methods
Listen more than you speak
Use people's names often
Take a genuine interest in others
Express gratitude frequently
Avoid criticizing and complaining
How to search Google like a pro🔎
I'm not usually the biggest fan of these cheat sheets.
But this one got me thinking.
Googling is the only activity I do every single day that I've never actually improved at.
These were ALL new to me (please tell me I'm not the only one).
