The 7 Habits I Wish I Started Sooner—#3 Changed Everything🌞

Michael C Clark

You know how sometimes you look back and think, "Why didn’t I start that sooner?"

I had one of those moments recently.

I was reflecting on the habits I’ve built over the years—those small, consistent actions that quietly shape our lives.

But here’s the thing: not all habits are created equal.

Some make a subtle difference, while others, well, they change the game entirely.

Here are 7 habits I wish I’d started sooner, and trust me, one of them might just be the catalyst you’re looking for.

  1. No phone in bed

  2. 10,000 steps per day

  3. Making “no” my default

  4. Writing 1 “story-worthy” moment every day

  5. Non-negotiable calls with loved ones

  6. Listening to content on 1.5x speed

  7. Using the Pomodoro Technique

These are just a few of the habits that have reshaped my life. The one that’s had the biggest impact?

Definitely #3. Saying “no” more often has given me the time and space to focus on what truly matters.

So, what about you?

Which habit has made the biggest difference in your life?

Or is there one on this list that you’re thinking of trying?

Reply to this email and let me know. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

7 Simple Eating 'Rules' that can 10x your Digestion. (without antacids)🍿

Ever felt like your digestion could use a little boost?

I’ve been there.

It turns out, the solution might be simpler than we think—no antacids required.

I used to rush through meals, multitasking like a pro, but my digestion paid the price.

Then I discovered a few simple 'rules' that completely transformed how I eat, and as a result, how I feel.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

You don’t need to overhaul your entire lifestyle to improve digestion—just follow these simple rules ‘most of the time’ and watch the magic happen.
