Reflecting Every Night: My Secret to Staying on Track
Every night, I fill out a Google Form that I created at the beginning of the year, based on the goals I set for myself.
But here’s the thing—you don’t need to wait for the start of a new year to do this.
You can create your own Google Form anytime.
Each question on the form relates to a specific goal I have for the year, helping me ensure that my daily self-improvement efforts are on track.
