Why Mastery should be Your Goal ā³ļø
It reminded me of another one of my favorite quotes:
"A fit body, a calm mind, a house full of love. These things cannot be boughtāthey must be earned."

10 Powerful Visuals About Psychology & Life š
I hope these visuals will help you take action and understand yourself more.
These two visuals are my favorites..
4. Make big plans, and enjoy little things
9. Impatience with actions, patience with results
7 Rules for Emotional Health šŖ
Inspired by Scott Youngās recent 7 Rules for Happiness, I thought it would be fun to put together a list of my own rules, but for emotional health rather than happiness.
Here goesā¦
No Complaining
Complaining might feel good for a moment, but it reinforces negativity and weakens your mindset. Start by reframing your challenges instead of voicing them.
Never Worry in Your Head
Write your worries down. This slows down the mental spiral of anxious thoughts, making your fears easier to process.
Validate the Emotion, Control Your Attention
Feel the emotion but donāt let it steer your life. Shift your attention back to what matters most.
Action Over Identity
Your struggles donāt define youāyour actions do. Focus on what you can do today to move forward, regardless of how you feel.
Produce More Than You Consume
Creativity and productivity bring joy and emotional clarity. Find activities that balance your need for consumption with creation.
Solve the Real Problem
Donāt get distracted by surface-level issues. Dig deeper to identify the real emotional blocks holding you back.
Take Responsibility for What You Want
Understand that your desires are not fixed. You have the power to reshape what you want through conscious choice and action.
Your Emotional Health Challenge:
This week, choose one of these rules to focus on. Track your progress daily by writing down the challenges you face and how you apply the rule.
Can you go a full day without complaining?
Try it and note how it shifts your mindset.
