Discover The Better Way to Search on Internet- Freespoke 🌐
What We’re Searching With.
Oh, the internet. It can be a scary place… but less so with Freespoke. Freespoke is a search engine that does a few important things differently:
News results show all sides with media biases labeled (left, middle, right)
Their new election portal delivers unbiased election coverage so you can make up your own mind
No adult content by default – they’re a partner in protecting your families from bad content.
Freespoke is the search platform that respects your privacy and doesn’t manipulate the information you find online.
P.S. Quick note from Elevated Path: Recently I’ve been using Freespoke, and it’s honestly a great experience.
I love how they label news biases, helping me see all sides.
Their election coverage is unbiased, and I feel safer knowing there’s no adult content by default.
It’s a search engine I trust.
Just checked it once you will not regret 🤝
The best thread I read this week - The timeless wisdom of Naval Ravikant 🕊
I believe there are two distinct periods in every online creator's journey:
Before they discover Naval Ravikant
After they discover Naval Ravikant
I'm joking, but only kind of.
I've seen countless big creators like Tim Ferriss and Jack Butcher cite him as a major influence on their thinking. Especially around concepts like wealth, happiness, and leverage.
If you don't use Twitter (X), you can read the thread here.
7 Ways to Handle Difficult People 😎
Difficult people aren't your problem-
Your reaction is:
Difficult people are unavoidable
They can:.

Waste valuable time
Increase tension in meetings
Cause frustration and misunderstandings

Lower team morale
Disrupt your focus
Affect your mood
BUT -
Handling difficult people isn't about changing them -
It's about how you manage yourself.
Use my sheet to ensure you do this right.
Difficult people are part of every workplace.
How you handle them is what sets you apart.
Don't let someone else's behavior control your day.
How to control your dopamine - Video from Ali Abdaal 🧠
Last week, I finished reading Dopamine Nation by Anna Lembke
It was a fascinating (and slightly scary) read that highlights just how critical it is to manage our dopamine levels in an overstimulated world.
This video from Ali Abdaal does an excellent job summarizing the key points. In particular, these four techniques to help better control your dopamine:
Pain Before Pleasure
Pressing on the "pain" side of the brain's pleasure-pain balance can lead to greater pleasure later. Try engaging in discomfort or challenging activities (e.g., exercise) before indulging in pleasurable activities.
Avoidance
Create moments free of high-dopamine activities like social media. By avoiding these behaviors for about 4 weeks, you can reset dopamine levels and rewire your brain to enjoy less stimulating activities.
Barriers
Use barriers to limit dopamine-inducing behaviors. These include:
● Chronological (time limits for activities like social media),
● Geographical (removing physical access to temptations like sweets)
● Categorical (setting rules around types of activities or products you avoid, such as sugary drinks).
Boredom
Embrace boredom as a goal. By experiencing boredom more often, you reduce your need for constant stimulation.
The Game of Wealth 💰
Wealth isn't a one-time achievement—it's a game, one that you can level up by mastering key principles.
Each level requires a new mindset and action plan.
Here’s how you can navigate through The Wealth Game:
Level 1: Kill the Bad Debt
Your first challenge is eliminating the weight of bad debt.
High-interest loans and credit cards can derail even the best financial plans.
Attack your debt aggressively and clear the path for future growth.
Level 2: Find Your Passion
True wealth comes from aligning your income with your passions.
By finding what excites you and turning it into profit, you make wealth creation a fulfilling pursuit rather than just hard work.
Level 3: Save, Save, Save
Before you can invest or start a business, you need capital.
The key to moving up the levels is to save consistently.
Create a budget, minimize unnecessary spending, and stack up those savings.
Level 4: Invest and Multiply
Once you have a solid savings foundation, it’s time to put your money to work.
Investing your savings into stocks, real estate, or your own ventures helps multiply your wealth while you sleep.
Level 5: Build Multiple Streams of Income
At the top of the game, the goal is to diversify.
Don't rely on just one income stream—create multiple flows of money, from investments to side businesses, and watch your wealth grow exponentially.
